Oil are definitely a great suitor for one of Tampa's LW's. Just have not clue as to what the actual price will be if all the teams know it needs to be a dump. I mean Nate Schmidt went for a 3rd on what seemed to be a good long term deal to Van at least at the time. So who knows.

I could see the Oilers paying that price for Yanni Gourde, and TB leaving Palat open in the expansion draft. Gourde is signed for 4 more years, whereas Palat is a UFA in a year and they tend to leave Edmonton when they can. I would take TG at $5.166 a year over RNH at the same price or higher.

though CF has him playing all 3 he centers Goodrow and Coleman so I really didn't think of him on the wing. Trade done before draft could make it Gourde.

problem with Gourde to edmonton is full NTC until next off season
