I do believe Eberle's time is done for the Islanders. I could also see us making a deal with Seattle to leave him exposed if they also take one of Komarov/Hickey. I don't like Eberle playing with Barzal, and he doesn't fit in the rest of the lineup. I'd say if we could get a 3rd with Debrusk we do it.

If we’re losing eberle to Seattle, we better better be replacing him with a younger finesse winger who can carry the puck through the neutral zone and drive play offensively.

I’m not sure funny is the word but yeah that’s certainly a possibility.

That’s why they should be looking to to sell high on bailey before he becomes useless and not sign the next Andrew Ladd in palmieri. Palmieri has looked old and slow in this series .
