I don't think Dallas does anything with Dumba. Reason is they have enough Dmen to protect

Nah, zero interest in trading dumba to hated division rival Dallas, & Very Good chance this is just a dream.

Baring overpayment, dumba will be traded elsewhere.

Also, there's a 98 percent chance, wild or any other teams are going to trade a good young important, & improving players like Dumba for a player like faksa who was playing with much better players on better lines but only scored 6 goals,&; only 8 assists in more games played than 3rd/ 4th line player like Nico Sturm who scored 10 goals, & was +10 in less games. Faksa was -13

You put the value together. It's totally biased for dallas. Wild counters with asking for Jason D

It would be after the expansion, so they wouldnt have to protect him.

Good thing actual GM's don't care about "hated division rivals", especially if they know it won't come back to haunt them, like this trade wouldn't. I just know Wild are trying to get rid of him and that contract. And they need a center. Would you want to add dickinson to what is already there, or sub him for faksa?

I actually meant wild would ask for T.Seguin, or Jason Robertson. Yes Dallas won't trade them but this is an example of the kind of trade it would cost division rivals to get dumba

Difference between here in terms of real life doesn't actually make this statement true

By all reports, Wild GM loves dumba, & told dumba he will do everything in his power to keep him with wild along with Talbot

Faksa is 10x worse than dumba, & not even better than niko sturm who played 3rd or 4th line C

Also, GM's do care about hated division rivals because it's often why you hear about teams in any professional sports ask for overwhelmingly return to sell to their fanbase

Not much of a deal to be made between these 2 clubs. Hintz won't be on the table and that is about all that would really interest MN.
