I feel like it makes sense for Arizona unless they can actually get some sort of return for OEL which I don't think will happen unless they retain a good chunk which I doubt they'd want to do. Gets them out of a contract earlier. Yandle probably waives to play more and he's lived in Arizona before. OEL gets to play on a contender.

This actually kinda makes sense. OEL is younger and should have a higher impact but it frees ARI of his contract. Then there's Yandle who I'm sure wouldn't mind returning to ARI.
