So we're essentially trading Marner for Konecny coming off a brutal season and a mid round first since you're sticking Patrick on line 4

Sandins defence game is AHL level.You have seen it in the playoffs.

It also clears nearly $6 mil in cap but no worries the Flyers can't afford to take on that extra cap so it's a no go.

Yeah it makes no sense for either team but let's not forget Marner is still a top player. He's overpaid by a couple mil but I'm sure teams would jump all over a trade for Kane or Panarin with a package like this. Marners a Leaf so his trade value on this site takes a hit
