The price is through the moon and the Oilers aren't in desperate need of a Marner type. You're asking for a young cheap top 6 winger, our top forward prospect (first round last year), our top defense prospect (first round 2 years ago), and our next 1st and we get a bit of cap relief with Kassian. Out of this trade we get a 3rd all star up front but limits our ability to fill out depth positions and empties our pipeline of ELCs coming through in the near future.
