I think the Caps accept if tampa is willing to retain about $14 million

Some day we can only hope that two struggling teams make a deal midway through the season to completely trade their rosters to one another. Maybe a change of scenery and new jersey sparks a complete turnaround.

On an extremely serious note. I think you can sign Ovi here too. You'll just require him, Stamkos, and Johnson on LTIR for the season.
