Additional Details:

Vegas will have to pony up to get Eichel. They don't have high picks or elite prospects, which leads to having to potentially overpay.
Krebs and Morozov are the prizes, Tuch is from Syracuse and brings a strong two-way game the Sabres need, and Fleury will be flipped to go to a contender.
Jack being shipped out west is what the Sabres want, and as someone that has Eichel in a dynasty hockey league, this would be fun.

Marrying those two, it makes sense for the two to do a deal with Buffalo adding the first they got from Vegas and a second from Boston (Taylor Hall trade) in an attempt to make up the difference.

yeah, ristolainen is bad but he isn't that bad.

sadly i doubt that the devils only trade for ristolainen while getting other assets in return. if they do i'm hoping its a small package and that he plays in a reduced role for us.

Sabres fans keep going for the 4th overall pick for Ristolainen.
Unless the 1st overall is coming to NJD, there is no scenario in which this is realistic.

The only legit connection made between NJD and Risto was Friedman, who brought it up, along with Gostisbehere, as possible d-man to acquire "with a sweetener"
In other words, Sabres paying Devils to take him is more realistic than any of the trades like this one.
