Mates I have a different way of looking at this trade. If LAK are not going to send one of their 2 tops prospects in a deal for Captain Jack than no way will I take Quick off their hands and his bloated 5.8 million for the next 2 years. GM Adams can get a FA goalie for the next 2 years at 5 million per.

Bjornfot is a very good prospect but he is exactly what the Sabres have a plethora of which is solid LHD in their system so this is really not filling a need for the Sabres;

Vilardi is an excellent piece;

Kaliyev is also a solid piece in a deal;

So now you ask well what would you do you... funny you should ask.

If you want GM Adams to take on Quick then the deal would have to look like this:
