In my opinion, you shouldn't be allowed to change a team post after the fact unless you are required to comment on the edit in an amended Team Explanation. I've seen threads where the OP and a commenter went back and forth through three different versions of the construction (the OP repeating "Better now?") until I had NO idea what the original formulation was.
