I'd do Gardiner + Foegele for Svech straight up.

Foegele is good enough to play 2nd line ahead of Fabbri and we can't protect Svech anyway.

I disagree, Skjei is signed for 3 more years and really looked good with pesce most of the year. Bean was pretty bad outside of his first 10 games or so in regular season, he is young and will develop but was not good in the playoffs. I Think francis will be choosing between him and Jesper Fast If I had to guess at the moment he would be leaning Bean based on his upside.
