The issue with Senko is his injury issues. He's played 35 games over the last 2 years and he's getting towards 30. At 7.5 mil too, it's really difficult to justify moving for him, especially now we know it's likely Landeskog hits the market. Senko likely gets moved after the expansion draft, but you're looking at a rough return

That would be a great deal for Carolina. While I would definitely prefer to go for a cheap veteran back up goalie, husso is still pretty good. A bit less experienced that Ned but it could be a good tandem. But senko with 3 mil retained that is a heck of a deal. It is a high risk, extremely high reward scenario, and seeing as we need more scoring senko could get back to form with us. Mind you, one player won’t be enough for a cup run so I would expect us to add more pieces.
