Montreal are rumored to be looking to trade for a goalie because they are convinced that Seattle is taking Allen. The three that stand out to me as possible are Driedger's rights, Halak's rights or DeSmith. Preferably I would go for Driedger.

I agree that we'd be better with Dreiger as backup then w/ Primeau, however, playing Primeau at backup allow us to save money and spend it up front

Agreed but he’s been playing LW for past 3 years and doing quite well.
