SEA can't buyout anyone they pick this year.

MN isn't going to give up a 1st to protect Talbot. IF SEA wants Rask, MN say thanks for taking him.

You do realize that if the habs wanted to send a package like that to Seattle to not take a player then what would be the point of even exposing Price? Lol. They would just send that package not to take Allen lol. MB is playing the odds they will take Drouin freely since the Price contract is too hefty

Protected. Leafs go 7 3 1. Their protection list likely looks like:

Matthews (It's Auston Matthews. No brainer)
Marner (It's Mitch Marner. No brainer)
Tavares (NMC, also a no brainer regardless)
Nylander (It's William Nylander, no brainer)
McCann (Good middle 6 winger that the Leafs acquired today, will for sure be protected)
Kerfoot (To be moved later on)
Brooks (Tenacious forward that has proved his worth even in a small sample size. Great depth piece)

Muzzin (NMC, also best defenseman)
Brodie (Right up there with Muzzin as the team's best defenseman)
Rielly (Either extended with a discount or moved for assets)

Campbell (He has proved he is a starter, plus Rittich and Andersen are both UFAs. Regardless, Campbell is the best goalie in the Leafs system as a whole.)

We won't, because again why wouldn't the habs send that offer to not take Allen? Its ok to admit you got something wrong. The rest looks pretty accurate to me

Man, if Bergevin lets him go... this tops the Roy debacle in 1995.
