No Avs/Pens trades? I don't understand all these Pens/Stars trades. Trades of both unwanted goalies and comparable goalies. Why does Dallas have to give up additional assets, I don't know. With the expansion protection issue with the Pens, maybe the Pens should be adding the sweetener (if Fleury agrees to the trade)

Dallas gives additional assets simply because Fleury is a starting goaltender and Lehtonen/Niemi are not. That being said, Pittsburgh may have to give some more for a valuable asset.
