Agreed, which is why the Bruins won't be trading for him (hopefully).

Zboril was the 13th pick in the draft in good draft class. Carlo was a 2nd rounder (37) in the same draft. McAvoy was 14th. This is just for perspective but it's not like Zboril is a slouch. He's more expendable for the B's because he's a LH shot where they have more depth. If Zboril a #1 and decent prospect FW isn't enough then move on. There will be other options out there. No need to overdue it. This offer is overpaying. Not so much in the terms of quality but throwing in sevicable players like Czarnik and a devolping Miller is overkill on Bostons part while not meeting Colorados needs on the other. Zboril, give them a list of FW prospects let them pick one and a first. If that's not enough pass. That's a little high in my opinion. But it's doable. I just don't know if it's even necessary. I think they need a 3rd line RW more than they need a 2nd line LW at this point. With Vatrano, Cehlarik, DeBrusk in the mix plus Heinen and Bkork would move to LW if Center wasn't an option there is enough there to find solid 2nd and 3rd line LW. RW s pretty bare.

Zboril seems to fit the criteria, although he's a 2nd tier prospect for Boston. Senyshyn appears to be a decent but not eye-popping OHL player, with the alarming ability to shoot but not pass. Seems like a David Jones type with better skating. IDK if these group of prospects would get it done. I think Sakic could do better.

If I am Colorado, I do that deal. Czarnik should be a 3rd line winger. Zboril I believe will be a 2nd pairing defenseman. Miller is a 5 or 6 defenseman. Senyshyn is a project, but should be on your 3rd line in a couple of years. And a 1st rounder. All for Landeskog who is right now a second line winger. Comparable to the return that Colorado got for Ryan O'Reilly a year ago, and O'Reilly in my opinion a better player than Landeskog.
I think this is reasonable return for a good player in Landeskog.

The more I see these ideas, the less I think the Bruins should go through with it. I just do not think Landy is worth what it will ultimately take
