Not even close to get Jack Eichel moved to a divisional rival, Detroit just doesn't have the assets for Eichel without setting back our rebuild another 5 years or so. And Moritz Seider is 100% in the lineup this season.

While I think the value is there (2022 DET 1st is scary to give away) I wouldn’t want to be trading for a player like Eichel unless Stevie’s in the fleecing mood. I like our model the way it is right now, drafting players with the intent on them making the team and building a deep contender from within instead of spending too much on one guy (both in assets and cap).
