What does Calgary do with Johnson/Elliot? I would think at least one of the two would be coming back to Pittsburgh in a deal like this. No thanks on Engo, 2.9 million better spent elsewhere.

Steaming pile of rumors. Pittsburgh getting rid of their extra pieces and gaining some good young talent. These trades don't help anyone but Pittsburgh.

Calgary can get more for Bennett alone, i dont see how that helps them. They'll be left in the same situation they are now. Maybe if they gave up and started rebuilding but that leads back to my first point.

that is a joke for Calgary. Sure Bennett has not lived up to his hype yet but he is only 20, and having seen him live 20 or so times there are flashes of insane potential. I also think Fleury has even less trade value then last year. worse numbers and he is not happy there. Plus expansion draft. Pit fans are not going to get what they want for him.
