Your attempt to annoy someone with the Bertuzzi deal was way more realistic than most Maple Leaf fan offers. So not sure if I should say good job or not... lol

How did philly not make the playoffs?? I mean … this is a good team. Unrealistic or not - thats 3 good lines and a real solid top 4.

I think conditional would just be lottery protection, otherwise, that’s a massive swing in value.
