What the Avs SHOULD do at TDL

Description
My take on what the Avs should look to do at TDL.

Personally I'm not sure you should move either 9/92 unless the offer is too good to pass up, but I think they'll get their price on one of the two so this is how you approach that IMO.

Disregard the lines for now as I don't expect both 9 & 92 trades to go down, only one.

The Avs SHOULD NOT trade away any picks tacked on with players. They should be stock piling as many as they can get. So none are sent out here.
Trades
1.
COL
  1. Carlo, Brandon
  2. Hayes, Jimmy
  3. Spooner, Ryan
  4. 2017 1st round pick (BOS)
Additional Details:
COL has to get either Carlo or McAvoy in a Landeskog deal and from what I've read, BOS seems more reluctant to part with McAvoy as his ceiling is projected to be higher. Hayes added mostly to clear some cap for BOS, could swap him with someone else provided they don't have long term left on a contract.
2.
COL
  1. Hanifin, Noah
  2. Lindholm, Elias
  3. Skinner, Jeff
  4. 2017 1st round pick (CAR)
Additional Details:
Like w/ BOS, if Avs send Duchene to CAR they have to get Hanafin or Slavin as the young LHD (I prefer Hanafin so I listed him). Also, I don't think COL would get Lindholm & Skinner in a deal, but rather would pick one of the two. It seems from various boards that they both are seen as underperforming and could benefit from change of scenery.

I'd like to get one of Rask or Aho (and would even do the deal minus the 1st if it was Hanafin/Aho or Hanafin/Rask, but I don';t think CAR does that.
3.
COL
  1. Winnik, Daniel
  2. 2017 4th round pick (WSH)
WSH
  1. Iginla, Jarome ($2,666,666 retained)
4.
COL
  1. 2017 3rd round pick (STL)
5.
COL
  1. 2017 6th round pick (ARI)
6.
COL
  1. 2017 4th round pick (LAK)

King's ransom is what it seems Sakic is asking for for both players. As a Boston fan, I'd like Landeskog on the team, but not for that much. I'm personally hoping Sweeney makes smaller moves at the TDL.

Duchene is a funny way to spell Crosby. Didn't realize Sid was on the Avalanche (and available for trade, at that)

The only real player the Avs get in the Boston trade is Carlo.
And that Canes trade. You could argue that Lindholm is as good (nearly) as Duchene. And Lindholm is 22 and Duchene is peaking at age 26. I don't understand these Cane trade. It's not like they are a Cup contender, so why would they give up, in this case four first rounder for two plus years of Duchene?
