Description

- Provided plenty of options on D, Zadorov and Fortbert are solid stay-at home LD. Gryz and Reilly viable 2 way puck movers.
- Bernier isnt ideal, but could be only FA goaltender who will will sign to be Swayman's backup and be 3rd choice once Rask comes back.
- Rask/Krejci take team friendly deals. Krecji more likely to take 4-4.5 so left some cap room to accommodate
- Linked with Getzlaf on a 1 year deal, wouldnt hate to have him on the 4th line
- Plenty of cap room during 2022 offseason to resign Bergy and McAvoy

Just a heads up, holtby absolutely stinks.

I would be disappointed if thats the best the bruins can do on the left side.

Krejci was nearly a PPG last season -- he's not gonna sign that, even as a discount. If you want that cap hit, at least you'll have to double the term. 2 x $5m ($4.25m for a discount) just makes sense to me. And if not from BOS, he should be able to get that elsewhere.

Holtby hasn't been good since he won the cup. Maybe with retention and taking out the pick that this might be considered after every other available goalie has been signed elsewhere. I'd rather have Suter or Martinez at 4-5mil than Zadorov! Dvorak would be nice!
