Honestly with all the guys who werent qualified Dubas should just look at those and avoid trading unless its for a player we desperately need.

Heinen, Kase, Donato, Suter, Ritchie there are just so many intriguing options to look at.

Me personally Suter and maybe Heinen should be looked at

I say a lot better as Suter would be pretty sweet for us and considering he knows Matthews and Malgin could see him coming over. Plus if JT gets hurt he is good insurance as he played 2c with the Hawks the entire season.

Heinen to me works as a PK wing who you could slot in with Matthews and Marner or on the third line with Kerfoot and Mikheyev

As for the D options there are some but unless you move Dermott dont See Dubas grabbing anyone special. Could see a guy like Tindori coming. Enforcer Dman for league min why not.

Goaltending is tricky. People are saying Ullmark but he has not played a single playoff game. Would rather grab a guy with experience that also wont come in to expensive. Most likely will need to probs trade for one but meh I have a feeling Freddies coming back on a 1 year show me

But yeah gonna be an interesting offseason and probs better than the last one

Brossoit would be great for the money. Ullmark will cost more, not too worried about the playoff drought. He played for buffalo… and put up decent numbers.

Yeah those be good options. Another name I have looked over is Halak. Good 1b and can give Campbell some pointers. Also should not be expensive to sign. Another guy I would not mind is Mrazek

Mrazek would be my top choice but I’m not sure what he’s going to get.

With his injury riddled season my guess a Bernier deal at most 3x3yrs or a 1 year show me at 2mill
