Salary Cap Mode: Basic

TOR trade: Up against the cap as always and could use cheap forward depth. Familiar with Nylander and still youngish able to grow into role also if he becomes really good it will be really funny when you play Buffalo. Subban as potential backup or second backup? Saw some TOR fans interested in him. Hawks get a younger productive forward and bottom 6 player to try and even out the cap (Doesnt have to be Engvall either if they want to keep him maybe Malgin). Also no we dont want Dermott thanks.

SEA trade: Both Organizational needs are met. Seattle gets their top 6 center in Strome. CHI gets a young player with more experience than anybody else on their left that can play top 4 minutes. Could never work with STL trading to their inter-divisional rival but with their left side set with Gio/Oleksiak and the fact they need a center wouldnt hurt to go for a young one here. Hawks need some sort of experienced to play top pairing minutes maybe Dunn can do that. Not to mention he was one of the few high profile players not in Seattle which might mean he's not in their plans? Also Danault signed with VGK so one less top 6 center available.

COL: Avs get their bottom 6 center for faceoffs and PK to replace an aged Bellemare. Hawks move up in the draft.

BUF: Get Vet dman that can play both sides. Chi clears cap and BUF moves up in draft and have a tradeable asset for the deadline.

BOS: Get a big defender that can play both sides and deliver big hits cuz grit. Hawks get picks for the future.

Put Beaudin down in Rockford and giving him #1 responsibilities for another year. Will see if any of the left sided D falter then Beaudin can come up and replace them. Hinnie on a 1 year deal, pull a Janmark sign him to a cheap deal so we can flip him to another contender and increase his own stock for the following season. He had chemistry with Kubalik lets keep it going. Entwhistle was nice while he was up think he has more upside than hardman and someone should graduate from Rockford. Sucks that MAF wouldnt want to play here, but I understand why he wouldnt. Hopefully CHI is open to dealing him if he doesnt want to play here. But just because WE got him for nothing doesnt mean others will get him for nothing.
