Do the GMs think the cap is going up to $90 million next year? What's going on?

It's almost like there's not a cap limit anymore

I have no idea what most of GMs thinking with a lot of overpayment in a FLAT CAP SITUATION. It seems like they're thinking that will be a 10M cap raise next season to compensate.

The new TV contract in the States will help, but by only $6 million per team cap space, not $10 million. Also, that assumes all the rest of the revenue returns to pre-pandemic levels, which is not guaranteed.

It’s a good contract, but it makes no sense for a rebuilding team like Nashville to sign.

Well, so there're some "if" that make the GMs not so smart, indeed, to spend a lot of money like that. We'll see what's gonna happen...
