So a bunch of trash for Dvorak, how could ARZ say no

I like the Honka deal: he could potentially fill a need as a bottom 4 puck-mover at best, or a 7th at worst.

I am not sure that your package for Dvorak gets it done. The Bruins just learned that Krejci is leaving for the Czech Republic and have already been rumored to be interested in Dvorak: they may push really hard for him. The rumored asking price is a 1st, and the Canadiens' will have to probably add to that if they want him. Whether he is worth that or not - or whether they should pay it - isn't an argument that I will get into. smile

They've been taking bad contracts since the start of the offseason so I thought they might want Byron who is still a solid player (but now that we know he's injured I will have to rework the trade). Lehkonen is a solid young winger that could benefit from having more ice time. Fairbrother isn't anything special but he has some potential. Could see putting a 1st instead of a 2nd.

Yeah Honka could be a really good fit in mtl since Bergevin is looking for another dman. And yeah with Krejci out of Boston, Sweeney will prob push hard for Dvorak.
