If Fiala can be flipped to Carolina for Suzuki and a 1st, that would be a good return for Buffalo

Yeah I feel like that's the only way we can make an Eichel trade work (in general, involving a 3rd team that gets Fiala and Buffalo gets picks/prospects). Nothing against Buffalo, but I have a hard time believing Fiala would want to sign there long-term since he's just entering his prime and has said he wants to win so I'm not sure he'd be a great target for the Sabres.

Carolina seems like a perfect fit if they have the cap.
