Not a bad lineup, really depends on the D. I think St Louis, Nashville, Minnesota, or Dallas are very close to the Hawks on paper. Could be a surprising season, we will see.

I think if Seth Jones turns it around, then we beat out Nashville for sure. They traded Arvy and Ellis and the only win now help they got in return was Philippe Myers. St Louis will be close, Minnesota will be better assuming Kaprizov doesnt go back to Russia, and Dallas probably depends on how their guys return from injury, but its also close there too. As you said, most of it is riding on Jones and McCabe

I know I'm in the minority here, but I think MIN takes a firm step back. I wouldn't underestimate what Suter brought and teams can now prepare better Kaprisov. Also, for the long term. That dead cap is just ridiculous.
