Arizona has no need to give Dvorak away to get rid of LE, they are way under the cap with their roster signed and he is only signed for one more year.

Also...and I can't stress this enough...nobody wants Logan Brown.

Logan Brown is in need of a change of scenery. he clearly doesn't have a chance with the sens and the coyotes will have a ton of roster space to sign him. from what I've heard, Dvorak isn't off the table. would like to hear what you think would be a more fair offer.

OTT can get Dvorak, but it would probably cost something like Pinto, (one of) Thomson / Bernard-Docker / Brannstorm and the TB 2nd next year. They might even throw in a guy like Crouse (who I think would be a great bottom 6 fit in OTT) if you let them make their choice of one of the three D men.

OTT is deep in youth and prospects, so they can afford to move a few guys for the right fit - esp one signed long term for fairly cheap.

And a change of scenery will not help Logan Brown. He was given every opportunity to make a bad and rebuilding team 3 years in a row. If he couldn't make that team, he doesn't deserve to make any other NHL team, even one like Arizona.

I don't think ottawa would be willing to part ways with pinto, but I could see jbd being packaged with one of our guys. maybe something like Tierney (or White) + JBD and a second?

ARI has no use for Tierney, and since OTT doesn't have cap issues, they'll say no unless OTT is paying extra to take him. Same with White, as I feel he's over paid for his production and signed for way too long. That's what ARI is trying to get away from. If it's not Pinto, it could be Formenton. Formenton, JBD and a second or lottery protected first would be good enough I think.

honestly... i would 100% do formenton, JBD and a second. maybe throw in another conditional 2nd rounder if JBD or formenton play a certain amount of games.
