I can’t see Arizona being interested in Kuznetsov, and I can’t see the Capitals being willing to give him up for that small a return. The Montréal-Arizona trade looks good though.

Yeah there is no way the caps give up kuzy for that. He is a superstar center

I wouldn’t say he’s a SUPERSTAR. You gotta remember that this is a guy who fell from a 1st line center to a second liner, plus he’s obviously had some off-ice issues in Washington. Other than that though, I kinda see your point. I just thought it would be a good idea to through Washington in the deal because Washington wants nothing to do with Kuznetsov, and Arizona may have trouble finding a good replacement for Dvorak, because there aren’t many players like him.
