Lmao quinn is the biggest defensive liability in the entire western conference. Hes an rfa who cant be offer sheeted, and had no arbitrtion rights. He will sign either a 3-4×6 or a 7-8×7-7.5.

Ufa and rfa are no comparison. Col only got 9 for makar who imo is the best dman in the league. Saying quinn will get 8.5 is delusional.

There are quite a lot of options. One of them is placing Ferland on ltir cause he will never play again. The second option is sending whoever they like to the minors. Repeat step 2 like 3-4 times and boom. Extra 6-7 mil in cap space.

you guys are right there's ways to make it work for van even though it's gonna be close. i only did it to see what mtl would look like with petey. my bad if i offended you i just wanted to explore every possibility for my team.
