Canucks thank you for limiting the aav on this as they match it. going to have to be atleast 2mil more to even have a chance, as which point it makes no sense for mtl.

How do you figure 10.7 millions in remaining canucks cap space is enough to match anything? That amount could be the offer sheet for Peterson alone and you still have Hughes to sign after that.

There is only 10.6M$... so after there is only 2.6M$ for Hughes... so Canucks are in big troubles.
