Here are some "bold predictions" I have for this upcoming season. I don't think all of them will happen, but I think some of them have a great chance of coming true

Team based predictions:
-Florida finishes 4th in the Atlantic after Weegar, Reinhart, Duclair, Verhaeghe, Bennett, Montour and Forsling fail to repeat career years. (For Bennett and Montour it was just their stretch with the team)
-New Jersey makes the playoffs
-Jets finish 2nd in the Central
-Habs fall off the face of the Earth after losing Danault, Suzuki/Dvorak fail to replace his defensive value
-Neither one of Buffalo or Arizona finish 32nd in the standings
-Seattle finishes 2nd in the Pacific
-The Leafs finally beat Boston in round 1
-Vancouver and Edmonton tie with the exact same record

Player based predictions:
-Eichel is still with the Sabres past the trade deadline
-Marc Andre Fleury performs like an average backup
-Elias Pettersson gets over 95 points
-Reaves and Wilson don't fight at all
-Alex Kerfoot has a breakout year
-Alex Ovechkin scores 48 points, 42 of them being goals
-Nick Suzuki has a terrible year
-Jamie Benn turns back the clock and plays like a superstar
-Mikko Koskinen becomes a top 15 goalie
-Someone significant comes out of retirement

I'm sure you won't, but on the off chance that you do disagree with even a single one of my predictions, be sure to let me know
