Does Greiss make the oilers a cup contender? He'll no. Koski is more than capable of playing 30-35 games and winning around half of them. In the weak pacific, they don't need a stellar backup to make the playoffs, in which the net will belong to Mike Smith anyways.

This trade is an incredible waste of assets.

The Manson trade is a waste too. He has dropped off recently, paying a 1st for him is a joke let alone adding a 3rd and 5th.

His TOI/GP at 5v5 last season was 8th among Ducks defensemen and his rel numbers are all in the bottom half - on the second worst team in the league!
