While Miller is a good shout, no way do you get him for such LOW picks AND retention.

At the deadline maybe. I think the sabres can use a right d until the deadline, so the "buy it now" price is probably a 2nd. Plus we probably would rather keep the salary for now, i mean there is a cap floor, not that there would be any difficulty getting to the floor.

That's just an idea to see if Miller could fit. I'm pretty sure he can. I'm pretty sure his price is not very high. We'll see.

Meh, i think retained he probably brings back a 2nd at the deadline, but markets fluctuate, i can see a 3rd and a 5th, i think its probably on the low side, but markets...

The dman market right now is insane.

While Miller isnt anything special, I think you'll see him get at least a 2nd at the deadline and with 50% retention, probably a 3rd as well.

I do think MTL needs a solid RD, but cant see Miller coming now in trade (and of course for so little), another solid shout might be Justin Braun from PHI or Jensen (WASH), as both clubs need some cap space

IMO Sign Gudbranson and keep the picks
Come playoffs we need someone to fill the Man Mountain sized hole
Savard offers some relief as far as special teams goes but size isnt his game psychology is (like gally )
Gudbranson fits the bill though as he's physical and has a big shot that creates good 2nd chances

Most important if you go near Caufield
Gudbranson takes you out back of the goalie net and beats you senseless
