I'm guessing the OP made a mistake and meant Logan instead of Connor? No chance Ottawa moves Connor Brown this season, even minus Brannstrom and for that package. If they do, it's probably next off-season or during the 2022-23 season, but I would be surprised if they don't extend him. He's a quintessential player for DJ Smith and the current make up of the team.
If it's Logan and not Connor, Ottawa would then be interested in the trade.
Walker could help solidify the RD in Ottawa, which I think is the current weakness in the organization
Vilardi would be welcomed. He's a bit of a reclamation project like Brown but 1 year younger and has actually been less injury prone recently (which says a lot lol). Hi dad wouldn't be complaining like Jeff Brown so a breath of fresh air for Ottawa. He has more value than Logan but Brannstrom has a lot more than Walker too so I think the overall value is fair.
Not sure why LA would do that though, they would have to have a serious need for a LD like Brannstrom. But like the Sens, Kings have a very deep and diversified prospect pool so they probably don't need to make that kind of trade. So these teams are probably not ideal trading partners.

LA says no as well. The Kings right side looks good right now, and Faber and Clarke are both a season or two away from the NHL.
I know that's where Cap Friendly has him but it's a mistake. Brannstrom might never play RD in the NHL, at least not in Ottawa as the organization previously stated a few times. This is why he is actually available. If he was a real RD, he wouldn't be in trade proposals. Lassi Thomson would.
