Description
There's absolutely 0 reason that Boldy and Rossi shouldn't be regulars in the lineup. Yes, it was a prospect showcase so not true "NHL" level. But, they were above and beyond every other player there. Beckman, Chaffee, Giroux and Addison were also dominant and will definitely see time this year at the NHL level. With this being said those guys can easily take the spot of Rask. Rask is dead weight on this roster and on the payroll. I would rather start these guys' NHL career and watch them develop than run Rask out there night after night and take up 4 mil on the cap. That trade I have that he is involved in is probably not accurate at all just a trade to get him out. Lines are pretty interchangable.

Just bury Rask instead of paying to move him.

I don’t agree with Beckman playing on the 3rd and bumping Moose to the 4th. If you’re not gonna play Ek in a top 6 role, you should at least keep the GREEF line in tact. That said, however, Ek should be top 6.

Sturm or Hartman can backfill the pivot of Moose and Greenway.

I agree, I dont neccessarily have these lines in perfect order. Just the 1st line.

Boldy is the only FWD that looked like he belonged on the NHL roster.

If Rossi plays like he did in the prospects tourney he's a wing in the NHL. Beckman is very raw and needs to round out his game a lot in the minors.

Addison was a disappointment to me, out of position and a non-factor in the transition game. I was hoping for a Belpedio type of performance (prospects games a couple years ago) from him and outside of the PP he was a non-factor.

Hunt, ROR, Chaffee, Boldy, Rossi, the goalies, and Beckman were the prospects I noticed in good ways. The rest of the team was uninspiring. The stream was a choppy and announcers just talked about random stuff way too much, so there were plenty of times I didn't know who was on the ice.

The games were fun and a lot chipper than I thought they would be. In retrospect, there are guys from both teams that are trying to get noticed for anything, so the big hits and fights make more sense.
