You click on someone's team, and propose a trade is in the top right corner.

click on pending moves, and if someone has proposed a trade to you there should be a button to accept/decline it

I thought about it and actually I want to make a different offer, just realized Knight only played one game (and thus I'm not confident he can provide similar value to Kopitar).

I sent you an offer of Stone, Weegar and Fiala for Cirelli, Martinez and Eichel.

Not right now, I'd like to keep Kopitar for the near future to see if this kind of production is sustainable.
