Buffalo doesn't consider that. Id say Eklund and the 2nd upgraded to a 1st would be enough to dump Karlsson. So you have Hertl for Eichel. Also no way Karlsson waives for Buffalo.

That would be great but I don’t think SJS is paying it, not is Karlsson waiving.

Fair enough, In a scenario like this though I was more so going for counting on a good bounce back for Karlsson. Think the Sharks would consider it? or maybe consider adding more?

We never know who will waive to go where, there are free agents that have chosen to come to Buffalo after all. Why do you think San Jose wouldn't?

I think if Karlsson is in the deal it's gotta be the next two firsts with Eklund and then Hertl. San Jose shouldn't be in on Eichel. They're headed for some darkness and he'll just become a problem there.

No. Not at all interested in Eichel or moving Eklund. Easy Decline.
Niether Hertl or Karl waive for Buffalo.

It’s a lot to give up value-wise for San Jose and they are not ready to win now. This gives them an elite #1 center, but not much of a team around him. They need help everywhere. Bottom 6, half the defense, goaltending. It’s just not a good move for them.
