    Ottawa declines without thinking

    - Tarasenko played 27% of his team games of the last 2 seasons, will be paid 9.5 M$ this season (Melnyk would never approve)
    - Barbashev is a good bottom-6 player but not a piece they'd want for Tkachuk
    - Same with Kostin. Sens already have a ton of prospects they will need to find a spot for. They need a MAJOR piece for Tkachuk
    - A 1st is always a good piece but the Blues have a pretty good team this year so it would be a late first. Plus with Tkachuk in the playoffs... who knows?
