There's a bunch about this that needs retooling

Both conceptually and trade values

They should weaponize cap again next year etc.

Toronto and Winnipeg would never make those deals. both teams are competing and dont have the cap space to spare for cap dumps, even if you incentivized them with picks instead of reciving picks. But that in and of itself doesnt make sense because the Coyotes are rebuilding and have no need to dump any contracts. this is like year 1 of a 3-5 year reset. buckle up
