Imagine getting so fortunate as to end up with Kase in his prime at 1.25M$ (RFA ending deal no less!) and then shipping him off to wherever for a sixth

It really limits the impact of the pricy NSH deal

Kase only 500k over lg min and if anything that can be done with Ritchie who is 2x the cost and had a much less impressive SKATR chart from 2018-2020

Gee, I'm glad the Leafs don't have to adhere to the cap. Maroon has a NTC, I'm sure he wants to leave The Lightinng for the Leafs....never mind why would Tampa trade him?
