Hajek sucks. I know team doesn't matter much but cbj doesn't want him with our d depth already, also doubt you get a 3rd for him. Maybe 6th or 7th.

What kind of precedent does it set if you let him stay?

Drury: "We're sending you to the minors?"
Player: "No I won't go."
Drury: "Oh, OK. You can stay."

Former first round picks will never report to the AHL ever again.

He has a european assignment clause in his deal he can just go to the KHL again if he wants to

We've got SIX NHL-level LHDs already. We're not paying for another unless it's someone truly exceptional.
