There's no way Burke get fleeced like that, especially for Kessel who is a player Burke is connected to from his TOR days. It didn't work out well in TOR.

I love it, pens are either paying out the *** for terrible cap dumps cause they hit a lot because those are Burke type players or they are paying for old re-treads that are total opposite of Burke players and guys that Sully and Geno had issues with.

There is no reason for the Pens to do this. He's not worth anything more than a 2nd at best, and his return would cause a rift in the locker room
