According to Capfriendly, the Chicago Blackhawks receive a 2022 2nd round pick instead of a 2022 3rd round pick from the Edmonton Oilers if ...

1. The Oilers make it to the 2022 Stanley Cup Finals

and

2. Duncan Keith is Top 4 in TOI during the first 3 rounds of the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs

These are two different scenarios.

Would you be able determine which of those two scenarios actually affects the condition on the draft pick involved in the Duncan Keith trade?

If the scenario presented by NHL.com is correct, could you please rewrite the condition on the draft pick that is stated on Capfriendly?
