So one Alzner is no better than enstrom better ways to spend money. 2nd most of the jets PK issue is system. If Maurice is the coach it doesn't matter who you bring in the PK will be bad. I don't hate the dallas trade I will say that.

Dallas wouldn't be able to trade Honka for Little, DAL could send Johns who could be good on PK, but Winnipeg wouldn't want to do that

Enstrom blows any time the jets could get into the play offs enstrom will always be a sore point on that d fence but I haven't watched enough of alzner to argue if he is better then enstrom and weather or not it's coaching this team needs a legit penalty killer and I'm trying to illustrate different options . Just my opinion

Flyers pass on that trade.. Coots is worth more than Big Buf would be to our team, and Sanheim is too important to their future to give away for fringe prospects... I like those guys a lot, but it just doesnt make sense for the flyers to do this.. If you traded out Buf for a guy like Ehlers and the prospects for a guy like Little then maybe the flyers would do it and even send a little more back your way.

Ehlers/Little for Sanheim/Coots/Pick or Prospect? Seems like a good starting point. Flyers need NHL ready wingers and centers so someone has to replace Coots..

I would be happy to throw in a Winnipeg first for the philly trade as couts and sanheim would be tremendous assets for Winnipeg not to mention getting buffs **** contract out of here. Don't know about signing alzner tho seems like too much cash and term but good idea in general.

Matthias over the last 3 season was the 4th best forward PKer by shot suppression. He isn't close to that this year. Maurice's system is broken.
