Even if they'd gotten Larsson but given up Leon/Nuge instead of Hall they'd be so much better off

I don't watch the Oilers play, but you can complain all you want, Chiarelli got them in the playoffs (I know McDavid makes it easy) but would EDM be better off with Larsson or Hall?

I'd take Drai over Hall, but that is as an outsider fan (Flyers). Maybe Hall for Faulk would have been better for them, but you can't really complain because they are having a great year. However, I go back to saying that they should have made a move for a goalie at the deadline. Talbot looked horrendous last night when I was watching the Ducks/EDM game and the annoucers kept talking about how he plays every night and it's the first time in his career he's been asked to do so. Maybe it works out in the playoffs, but in the regular season he has looked shaky..

Faulk may be better than Larsson, but Larsson is more of what they needed. Mobile, puck moving D. Solid and steady

Faulk isn't all offence but definitely has a offensive mindset.

In my opinion, the hall-larsson trade was a good trade.

It was a good trade. On paper could the Oilers could have gotten more? Sure. But this is what needed to happen for the Oilers to jump into a playoff spot.
