You're right. He's not worth that. But Teams overpay at the deadline. He's a solid player. He's actually been the flyers best defenseman this season. I guess that's not saying much though.

teams usually over pay for players that are having good/career years at the deadline. Guys who are getting pasted are usually the ones that go early for cheaper

Braun's been forced into playing top pairing minutes for like half the season and has been doing well lol, what are you talking about
(I do agree that a 2nd and a 3rd is a little much)
