I didn't love either of them over the ones I have now. maybe replace asplund.

Yeah nice, I was just thinking for an "all-decade team" that defense of psysk/montour/bryson is just ugly.

Im not as knowledgable of Sabres since I moved from Roch, NY in 1999, but an all decade team, (regardless of cap), could be interesting (and I hope better!)

There isn't any Defensemen who played for the sabres that are really 'better' right now. Myers, Kulikov, Bogosian, and Risto are a few of them.

At least risto had tenure, but he'd probably be on that 2nd pairing, (saw him and philly play in 4-5 games this year, and he looks real good: keeping it simple/hitting everything/plaqying good and quick defense and flashes of offense, but when hes pushing to make up for sanheims lack of offense and ellis on IR, he still gets exposed.) Beaulieu?

My all-decade Buffalo defense would be, taking into account performance, production and longevity:

Dahlin - Risto
McCabe - Joki
Beaulieu - Bogosian
(Miller or Montour would be 7th)

Not great but its been a lean 10 yrs....anybody I've forgotten?
