The Rangers just swept the defending champions, and with a win today will be 1st in the East… the doesnt seem like a desperate team.

oh I'm sorry you're talking about the regular season, my bad I forgot that teams in first place in January automatically win the cup and will need no help whatsoever even after they watch other rivals get players at the deadline. Yeah, desperate to win a cup is just plain silly when they already have won it

What he doesn’t get is this is essentially equal to what Vegas gave up for eichel if not more… for a rental. He also doesn’t realize rangers will trade Lundkvist before Schneider. This return would be more for Larkin or Scheifele, basically players that have multiple years left on their current deals.

But what if Larkin, Scheifele and Pavowski are all unavailable? Then perhaps the Rangers crave and give the Flyers what they want. Teams have been known to do this kind of deal. Would I do it?
