You have to pay a pick to get rid of that terrible Nick ritchie and petr mrazek contract, in what world will another team help you and give their pick for losing those contracts, when toronto is in cap hell?
Jake muzzins has a NTC, born in Ontario, obviously won't waive his family and team mates are there.
